The programme design process starts with a kick-off meeting where we'll sit down and work out the focus of the event and what needs to go into that. Once we've agreed on an outline, we put the work in on finding a high-level set of speakers and structuring the programme accordingly, considering timings, impact and the need for a variety of session formats to keep the content interesting.
