As – Pact for Next Tourism Generation Skills, a sister of pioneering project Next Tourism Generation (NTG) and co-funded by the European Union, Lobke supports European tourism, leisure, and hospitality businesses to access innovative solutions. The NTG-Hub is the first-ever provider of digital, sustainable & social skills training modules at European qualification levels, exclusive and tailored skills monitoring opportunities, and research insights into skills intelligence.

In her role as Theme Manager for Digital Transformation and Human Capital at the Centre of Expertise Leisure, Tourism, and Hospitality (CELTH), she partners with businesses, governments, and educational institutions to drive digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency. Using CELTH's cutting-edge research and expertise drives innovation across regional, national, and international levels.

With a Master’s degree in Digital Communication & Media and a strong background that includes extensive collaboration with global organisations such as the European Commission and UNWTO, she is passionate about developing human capital and advancing talent in this dynamic and ever-changing field.
