With over 15 years experience in selling, implementing and managing customers for SaaS products in the B2B space, Patrick has spent his career helping customers manage the process of change when it comes to acquiring and switching to new systems and tools.
Working in Corporate Travel from 2010-2022, he has worked through a real shift in attitudes and appetite to the role of data in decision-making and setting and managing expectations. Being “data-driven” became the norm and using data to interpret beyond headline insights became key to product and service design. The push on suppliers to provide the insights that clients couldn’t see or understand was a major factor in how SaaS companies started to develop and differentiate.
Patrick has worked with global enterprise clients and SME alike. The challenges are the same but the scale and access to resources differs.
