1. Ideation (15-30 mins)

1. Each participant selects an ideation pane to write their ideas.
2. Identify the challenge that AI will help solve.
3. Develop as many initial ideas as possible around AI-based solutions that will help resolve the specific challenge identified.

2. Prioritisation

‍

1. Vote on all the ideas gathered in stage 1, with each participant having 5 votes.
2. Move the top voted ideas to the Prioritisation pane. Discuss and place ideas according to their importance and feasibility.
3. Collectively agree on which ideas you want to take forward to the solution tree, focusing on the desired outcome.

1. Add your expected outcome in the centre of the Opportunity Solution Tree.
2. Add key opportunities for your organisation, focusing on where AI can help you to get there.
3. Break key opportunities into smaller opportunities.
4. Identify potential solutions.
5. Define experiments to test the solutions.
