PhD in Economics and Social Sciences (Universitat Politècnica de València). Master in "Public Management" (INAP, 2012). Bachelor in Economic and Business Sciences (Universitat d'Alacant, 1989). Professor and Researcher at Polytechnic University of Valencia (currently on leave).

Since January 2016, he has been Deputy Director at the Fundació Visit València. Currently he is dedicated to the coordination of projects, such as the European Capital of Smart Destination 2022 program.

Internationally, over the past 25 years, he has participated as a lecturer or technical advisor in Tourism Management in many countries.His doctoral thesis was the winner of the XVII FITUR-Jorge Vila Fradela Tribune Award (2016): “La colaboración público-privada en los entes mixtos locales de gestión y promoción turísticas”.
