Originally from Indonesia, Sevo Widodo has traveled to +80 countries and resided in 14 of them, most recently being France, Portugal, Brazil and Kenya. It led him to building Siliconbali, a travel platform that showcases everything beyond the touristy stuff, from stories, recommendations, to experiences. With previous tech and creative backgrounds at Adidas and Barclays as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the HQ, Sevo decided to combine local and pop culture together as an innovative way to promote sustainable tourism. Recently, this led him into winning two UNWTO awards & a collaboration with Dubai Tourism, which makes MENA as his base for the coming year.
