"A recommendation for myself and for future female leaders is to amplify and create a legacy of socially responsible leaders."
I have recently worked on projects to store and provide language translations for new digital assets in multimedia campaigns. Along with managing and developing digital assets for company resources, such projects provide opportunities for internal and external teammates to expand their cross-disciplinary expertise, integrating with the greater mission.
Beyond the celebrated days, I hope to see the travel industry support inclusion and diversity thorough visible, daily practices within the industry and for consumers. With improved gender, racial, and cultural diversity, all participants can benefit.
By encouraging feedback and recognition, providing training and development, and through dedicated, diverse teams for culture socially responsible and for fun, Brand USA provides an inclusive, professional environment for its employees to shine.
In all industries, I would like to see leaders of fully represented groups promote broader understandings of implicit biases while actively encouraging best practices for diverse inclusion of underrepresented groups.
The best pieces of career advice I have received in times of change is to emphasize the opportunities for everyone involved.
A recommendation for myself and for future female leaders is to amplify and create a legacy of socially responsible leaders.
