We are a small business, we share 50/50.

Would you have any recommendations for future female leaders in the industry?

As a local, find your worth and your network to make things happen. Have a good saving for bad days, it can take years before you see succes.

Can you tell us about a project that you’ve worked on or led where you have ensured equity?

‍

Everything we do in our company is without limits to either men or women, or their background. The goal is that all guides have the skills to guide all tours.

I want to share my culture and my land with guests in our region. I find it very important that we tell our own story to the guests we have in our country. 

‍

We feel we have a responsibility to take part in the education of younger guides from our community, and to take care & share the story of the greenlandic sleddog.
