The aims of the Strategy are all interlinked and directed toward fulfilling the vision of sustainable tourism as intrinsic to quality growth of the city, with an emphasis on its cultural heritage and the quality of life of Prague residents.

The Strategy has been compiled by the Prague City Tourism organization of Prague City Hall, to foster the development of incoming tourism from inland and abroad, in cooperation with the Institute of Planning and Development of Prague City Hall.
