  2. Top Left: In the "Who are the users involved?" section, clearly define the specific user group you are focusing on. Consider demographics, behaviours, and any relevant segmentation.
  3. Uncover Struggles:
  4. Top Right: In the "What do they struggle to do?" section, brainstorm and write down challenges, pain points, and frustrations faced by your target users. Use sticky notes to capture diverse perspectives and avoid judgment.
  5. Explore Daily Life:
  6. Bottom Left: In the "What do they do on a daily basis?" section, map out common activities, routines, and touch-points relevant to your user group. Focus on both online and offline interactions.
  7. Identify Needs:
  8. Bottom Right: In the "What are their needs?" section, analyse the information gathered and synthesise key user needs and motivations. Consider both functional and emotional needs.
  9. Formulate User Insights:
  10. Bottom: Complete the sentence "(which users) need a way to (what action)" based on your findings. Identify specific user groups and the actions they struggle with. Focus on the most pressing and unmet needs.
