Utilizing Generative AI technology and the continuously updated content of discovergreece.com, Pythia supports international travelers with personalized information to help them plan their trips to Greek destinations. It provides a wide range of information, including flight details, restaurant and hotel suggestions, activities, tours, archaeological site and attraction tickets, and authentic Greek travel tips. The project aims to enhance the travel experience by offering seamless interactive multimodal services, guiding users through all operation steps, and potentially integrating interactions between multiple third-party systems. Key Achievements: Better Understanding of Users: Pythia has been instrumental in gaining insights into what users are genuinely interested in by analyzing their questions. This has allowed for a more tailored and responsive service. Instant Information Access: Users can get the information they need promptly, thanks to Pythia's ability to provide immediate responses to inquiries. Enhanced User Experience: The bot has contributed to a smoother and more efficient user journey on the platform, making trip planning more enjoyable and less time-consuming.
