Lexie creates awareness and talks openly about the need for creating inclusive environments. She champions and challenges how we think about diversity by preserving everyone's dignity and allowing people to be seen for who they are. Lexie also promotes and celebrates by getting involved with her community.

During a project focused on icebergs, Lexie brought together a diverse and inclusive group of tourism operators, residents, content creators and enthusiasts. Her focus on the "big tent" made the difference in creating such an amazing and dynamic group. The success of that project is owned to Lexie's responsible and inclusive stewardship.
